Lock Fest 2022
A group of boys watch the first tour of Lock Fest given by Lockmaster James Burford at Allegheny River Lock 4, hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District in Natrona, Pennsylvania, July 9, 2022. The event was postponed for two years due to COVID-19.
