A little hand reaches for a Bobber Duck at the Children’s Water Safety Information Table during Lock Fest, hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District in Natrona, Pennsylvania, July 9, 2022. Lock Fest is an annual free event open to the public, held at Allegheny River Lock 4. It provides an opportunity for members of the community to lock through navigation facilities, watch live locking demonstrations, learn valuable water-safety tips, talk to tow operators, meet Bobber the Water Safety Dog, visit educational exhibits, gain knowledge on safe river navigation and more.
