Berlin Lake and Dam, located in Berlin Center, Ohio, is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District. The reservoir provides flood protection for the Mahoning River Valley and the Beaver and Upper Ohio rivers. Additionally, the recreation areas offer residents and visitors the opportunity to camp, boat, picnic and enjoy a round of disc golf.
