Crooked Creek Lake and Reservoir
A life jacket station is available for guests to use at Crooked Creek Lake in Ford City, Pennsylvania, near the boat launch area. Crooked Creek Lake is owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District to provide flood protection for the lower Allegheny and Ohio rivers. The facility offers year-round recreation opportunities such as boating, fishing, ice fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, swimming, metal detecting, picnicking and disc golf.
