The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District will participate in the 8th Annual Dynamic Networking for Small Business or DYNET networking event on Thursday, April 13, at the Robert H. Mollohan Research Center in Fairmont, West Virginia. The free event is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event enables creation of relationships through networking tables staffed by large prime contractors, agencies and support organizations. Resource agencies will be on hand to offer business advice and mentoring. 

The event also offers educational workshops are designed to help companies get through the complex process of Federal contracting. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District will be hosting a workshop entitled “How to do Business with the Corps of Engineers: Getting through the Hoops.”

The Northern West Virginia Chapter of the National Contract Management Agency is hosting the DYNET networking event. The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Treasury, FBI and other agencies are also participating. DYNET is a one-stop shop for gathering the knowledge, resources, and relationships necessary to do business in the federal government arena.

There is no charge to attend the event; however, registration is limited.
