Corps to expand hours at Allegheny Lock 5

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District will expand hours at Lock 5 on the Allegheny River beginning May 25. Lock 5 will be open to both commercial and recreational boaters seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
