Progress Update

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District is revising the Mosquito Creek Lake Master Plan (MP). The Master Plan guides the use of government-owned and leased lands around the lake. This will impact future use of natural resources and recreational activities at Mosquito Creek Lake for the next 25 years. This is your opportunity to let the Corps know how you would like the reservoir to be managed in the future.

Update (as of May 5, 2022):  With your help, we have completed our scoping phase and have prepared a draft of the updated Master Plan and Environmental Assessment (EA), which are now ready for public review until June 15, 2022. Multiple ways to comment on the proposed updates are available (instructions are provided in the section below).
