Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, USACE has scheduled a virtual public meeting for 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, to the upcoming Master Plan (MP) update process and explain how you can be involved in the process.
The virtual meeting will be accessible via web conference and telephone, and will offer the opportunity for the public to ask questions and instructions for how to submit comments will be provided during the meeting. See "Meeting Instructions" below.

Enter in your Name and email address in the spaces provided on the screen
When the webinar space loads, click the phone symbol and select the “Call Me” option
Enter your phone number to access the audio portion of the meeting.
- Your phone will ring soon after and you will be prompted to hit '1' to join the meeting.
- By having the meeting "Call Me, " you will view the meeting on your computer or smart device, but listen-in via your telephone. Place your phone on "Speaker" so you don't have to hold it to your ear for an hour. With this method, If the internet feed is interrupted during the meeting, you should still be able to participate via your phone.
